Claims will only be used where permitted under Regulation (EC) 1924/2006 and its conditions. Vitamin/mineral addition will be assessed under Regulation (EC) 1925/2006. Creative wording such as energy, growth, defences or wellbeing is not a final claim until approved for the specific formula and market.
