1. Scope
These terms govern the current informational website. Online sales, competitions, loyalty or child-directed services will require separate terms.
2. Permitted use
Lawful browsing and sharing of public links is allowed. Unauthorised access, disruptive scraping, security bypass, malicious code, impersonation and unauthorised commercial brand use are prohibited.
3. B2B enquiries
Messages, RFPs, quotes and expressions of interest do not form a contract until formally accepted by authorised representatives. UESE may require NDAs, due diligence, certificates, samples or audits.
4. Confidentiality
Unsolicited submission through public channels does not automatically create extra confidentiality duties. Recipes, process information, reserved pricing and know-how should be exchanged under appropriate contractual safeguards.
5. Intellectual property
Rights remain with their respective owners; no implied licence is granted.
6. Availability
UESE may change or suspend content for technical, legal, strategic or security reasons.
7. Liability
Pre-launch information is informational. UESE is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for decisions based solely on preliminary content.
8. Law
Italian law applies subject to mandatory EU and consumer protections; invalidity of one clause does not affect the remainder.
