1. Audience
Although VitaMini products target families with children, vitamini.life is primarily addressed to adults: parents, persons with parental responsibility, buyers, distributors and partners.
2. Child data
The current release offers no child accounts, chat, community, photo uploads, geolocation, profiling, competitions or child-directed newsletters. Future features will use age assurance and parental consent where required.
3. Advertising and pester power
VitaMini does not intend to profile children for behavioural advertising or directly exhort children to buy or persuade adults to buy. Marketing should avoid pressure, fear, guilt and exploitation of inexperience.
4. Product messages
Child-friendly characters and colours must not turn a creative concept into an unapproved health promise. Growth, energy, concentration or immunity wording requires legal/scientific approval.
5. Future features
Games, apps, interactive QR, photos, reviews, competitions or loyalty will require a dedicated assessment of age, legal bases, minimisation, moderation, security, terms, parental verification and DPIA need.
6. Parents
Parents may contact privacy@uese.eu or dpo@uese.it if they believe child data were collected improperly.
7. Reports
Child-safety, advertising and privacy reports will be prioritised by risk; the policy will be reviewed before commercial launch and new family-facing features.
